| DEPOSITS AND BONDS |
When a tenancy is agreed through Priory Estates & Lettings, we take a bond from the tenant and protect it with the Deposit Protection Service also known as the 'DPS'. This sum is held by us for the duration of the tenancy.
Priory Estates & Lettings are a member of the Guild of Landlords , and as such we ensure that all landlords' monies and tenants' deposits are held in separate, fully protected client accounts.
